Before you commit the money
The opportunity looks promising. The study shows whether it can work.
A good idea can still fail because demand was overestimated, costs were missed or the operation was harder than expected. We investigate those questions before you make the larger commitment.
The warning signs
You should not have to invest first and understand the risk later.
The idea may be attractive, but important questions are still unanswered:
- Customers say they like it, but nobody has tested what they will pay.
- The projected profit looks strong, but operating costs are incomplete.
- The location, equipment or team has been chosen before demand is confirmed.
- Partners support the opportunity but disagree about what success requires.
The four tests
We examine the conditions the opportunity depends on.
The study does not begin with a preferred answer. It begins with the questions that could change the decision.
From assumption to evidence
A recommendation is useful only when you can see what supports it.
You receive the findings, the assumptions behind them and the conditions that would need to change. That gives you a basis for proceeding, revising the idea or walking away.
- Demand and market assessment
- Operating requirements and resource review
- Cost, revenue and cash assumptions
- Risk findings and final recommendation
A useful answer in every direction
The study does more than say yes or no.
The evidence supports the opportunity.
You know the requirements, assumptions and next steps needed to move forward.
The opportunity needs changes first.
You see which parts of the model, cost, market or operation need to be corrected.
The risk is stronger than the current case.
You can protect more of your time and capital before the commitment becomes difficult to reverse.
How the study is completed
Focused investigation, followed by a clear recommendation.
Define the decision
We clarify the opportunity, the investment being considered and the questions the study must answer.
Investigate the assumptions
We review market evidence, operating needs, costs, constraints and the conditions required for the idea to work.
Present the recommendation
You receive the findings, risks, financial implications and a clear proceed, rework or stop recommendation.
When this service is useful
A meaningful investment depends on an assumption you have not confirmed.
- You are considering a new business, location or product
- You are about to commit significant capital or sign a long-term agreement
- Partners or investors need an independent basis for the decision
Before the study begins
Questions clients ask before committing.
What is the difference between a feasibility study and a business plan?
A feasibility study tests whether an opportunity is workable before the larger commitment is made. A business plan explains how a business will operate, earn and grow once the direction has been chosen.
Will the study tell me whether to proceed?
Yes. The recommendation will state whether the current evidence supports proceeding, whether the opportunity needs changes, or whether the risk is too high at this stage.
What information do I need to provide?
We will ask for the idea or project details, target customers, proposed location, pricing, expected costs, available resources, existing research and the investment decision you are considering.
What happens if important information is unavailable?
The study will identify the gap, explain why it matters and state how it affects confidence in the recommendation. Where appropriate, further research can be scoped separately.
